It's the boatman's song from "One Piece". The crew of the Rumba Pirates, where Brook was part of in the past, and Rabaun especially loved the song! The Rumbar Pirates won the fight, but they were killed by the posion of the other pirate. They sang the song as they were slowly dying. What a scene.
