Hi, I am Rita. I play piano for 32 years and transcribe pop songs since 2007. My parents never pushed me to play piano: it's something I chose by myself when I was 6 and something I still enjoy. The first songs I tried to play by ear were t.A.T.u. songs.
I always wanted to make sheet music accessible to everyone who can't play by ear for free by using an advertising income. You probably visited my defunct website notly.ru, my defunct blog piano-sheets-for-free.blogspot.com, or my de-monitized YouTube channel before. Now I am forced to sell PDFs since Google deactivated its advertising service in my country. I will slowly upload 3000 old PDFs from my laptop as well as scores for newly released records.
I aim at creating accurate but simple, beginner-level transcriptions with lyrics (singing is good for mental health). If a score is too simple for you, you can always re-arrange it with arpeggios because I provide chord symbols written out above the vocal line.
I transcribe songs from Spotify Top-50: Western, k-pop, j-pop, Eurovision, Hispanic, Soundtracks etc. Please, suggest any popular or viral song in any genre and language for me to do next.
